Do you work with international tenants without a French guarantor?
Yes — it's our daily bread. We structure your file around the options landlords actually accept (Visale state guarantee, private guarantor services, employer letters) and present it the French way.
Can everything be done remotely?
Absolutely. With the Expat package the entire search runs remotely: live video visits, digital signatures, and utilities set up before your arrival.
How long does it take?
Our contractual target is 3 to 6 weeks from brief to signed lease. If after 5 visits nothing fits, we hold a checkpoint together — it's written into our terms.
Are your fees really all-inclusive?
Yes. Flat fees, quoted upfront, VAT included. 50% deposit to start, balance after you move in. We never hold your rent or security deposit.
