How do payments work?
50% deposit when the mission starts (quote signed + application file ready). The balance is invoiced within 15 days after you move in, payable within 30 days. We never receive or hold rent or security deposits.
What documents will I need?
Typically ID, last three payslips (or proof of income), tax notice, and a guarantor or guarantee (Visale works for many internationals). We tell you exactly what's needed for your profile and check every piece.
Contracts are in French — how do you help?
Your hunter walks you through the lease clause by clause before signature, in English. Official documents remain in French, as required in France.
